Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical maintenance. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about learning and open to feedback, with a willingness to be on-call for emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Work under the direct supervision of the Lead Facilities Maintenance Technician.
• Handle HVAC tasks such as rooftop units maintenance, refrigerant handling, filter changes, coil cleaning, motor exchanges, and building automation.
• Conduct plumbing repairs including sinks, drains, piping, and automatic flush toilets and urinals.
• Maintain life safety systems, including fire, sprinkler, and alarm systems.
• Perform electrical work, including maintenance of lights, outlets, sockets, switches, and motors.

Essential Skills

• 1+ year of maintenance experience or relevant schooling.
• Training or experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• EPA Universal 608 certification preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Boom/scissor lift certification preferred.

Work Environment

You will be working at properties located in the NKY and Cincinnati areas. The position entails a first shift schedule from 7/8 AM to 4/5 PM, with potential on-call duties for emergencies.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
