Electrical Superintendent – Tampa, FL
We are partnering with a family-owned and operated electrical contractor in the Tampa area that specializes in commercial projects. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join a company where your voice is heard, your expertise is valued, and the culture makes you want to stay long term.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee and manage electrical crews on commercial projects from start to finish
Ensure all work meets safety standards, project specifications, and deadlines
Coordinate with project managers, foremen, and clients to ensure successful execution
Lead, mentor, and support field teams while fostering a positive work environment
Track progress, resolve issues, and maintain project documentation
What We’re Looking For:
Strong experience as an Electrical Superintendent or in a leadership role within the electrical trade
Background in commercial electrical construction
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and safety
