Are you a highly organized, strategic thinker with a passion for property management? We are a property management and development company. We’re looking for a dynamic professional to be a part of our team, and report to the Executive VP of Management. This role offers a unique blend of leadership, operations oversight, and executive support, with some travel required between properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing asset and property management operations across multiple locations.
  • Provide strategic support, including reporting, scheduling, and strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with property management policies, lease agreements, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management for properties.
  • Support leasing and occupancy efforts by analyzing market trends and implementing strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate on-site teams to enhance property operations, maintenance, and tenant relations.
  • Travel to properties as needed to support on-site management, resolve operational challenges, and ensure efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between corporate leadership and on-site teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of company objectives.

Ideal Candidate:

· Strong background in property management, asset management, or regional management.

· Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

· Knowledge of leasing, property maintenance, and financial reporting.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

· Willingness to travel as needed to various properties.
