Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Havertown, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities:
• Provide timely resolution for technical support tickets raised by end users, ensuring minimal disruption to workflows.
• Perform administrative tasks related to desktop systems and handle imaging processes for new and existing devices.
• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 applications and Windows operating systems to ensure optimal functionality.
• Utilize Active Directory for user account management and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and repair hardware issues related to desktop systems and peripherals.
• Proven experience with PC desktop and workstation support.
• Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10 operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with desktop imaging processes and tools.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory for user account management.
