Registered Dental Assistant

Location : Lone Star Pediatric Dentistry and Braces

Employment Status: Full-Time
Hours : 38 hours per week
Expected Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Bilingual Requirement: Preferred

Position Overview:

As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping children develop healthy habits and achieve a lifetime of beautiful smiles. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the pediatric dentist during dental procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms.
• Provide compassionate care to children, helping them feel comfortable during their visits.
• Educate patients and their families on proper dental hygiene and oral care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Pediatric dental assisting experience is preferred, but we welcome experienced dental assistants willing to learn and grow.
• Required certifications: X-ray; preferred certifications: N20 and coronal polishing.
• Bilingual proficiency is preferred to better serve our diverse patient base.
