We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting donor services for a non-profit organization. Responsibilities:
• Engage with potential donors to provide detailed information about the donation process and encourage participation.
• Schedule appointments for blood sample collections and coordinate the distribution and tracking of testing kits.
• Address and resolve scheduling or logistical challenges related to donor services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with phlebotomy providers and laboratory partners.
• Document workflows, procedures, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain donor databases, support recruitment efforts, and conduct web-based research as needed.
• Meet individual and team performance metrics while contributing to overall departmental goals.
• Assist with additional tasks as required to ensure seamless donor service operations.• High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in healthcare or customer service is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage calendars effectively.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and a flexible schedule.
• Demonstrated compassion and sensitivity when interacting with donors and their families.
