Duration: 6 Months (Possible extension)

 

Pay Rate: $18 per hour on W2

 

Job Description:

Lead Generation & Follow-Up
• Follow up promptly on all membership inquiries (phone, email, website, in-person leads).
• Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective members generated from events, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain an active pipeline of leads in the CRM system and ensure timely follow-ups.

Sales & Conversions
• Schedule and host tours of the golf course, clubhouse, and amenities to showcase member benefits.
• Present membership options, pricing, and promotions in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Develop tailored proposals based on prospect needs (e.g., golf, family, corporate, or social memberships).
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual membership sales targets.

Relationship Building
• Build rapport with prospects through consultative selling—understand their interests (golf, family, social, networking) and highlight how the club meets those needs.
• Coordinate with the Golf Pro, Event Manager, and Member Relations team to involve prospects in trial experiences (e.g., guest rounds, social events).
• Transition new members smoothly to the Member Relations team for onboarding and retention.

Reporting & Administration
• Track all leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM/club management software.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead activity, pipeline progress, and closed memberships.
• Provide feedback to management on sales trends, competitor offerings, and member feedback.

Events & Outreach
• Attend club events, tournaments, and community functions to network and identify prospects.
• Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns (emails, promotions, referral incentives).
• Assist in organizing membership open houses or special preview events. Company Description
