In this essential role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our customers and internal service team by processing parts orders and serving as the first friendly voice customers hear when they call. If you’re organized, tech-savvy, and excited by a fast-paced environment where every day is a little different – this could be the perfect fit for you!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Parts Specialist

  • Receive and process parts orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and send invoices and handle warranty documentation.
  • Partner with our experienced team members to learn processes and ensure seamless operations.

Phone Receptionist

  • Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
  • Triage customers’ needs and direct them to the appropriate support technician.
  • Collaborate with our Front Desk Administrator to learn best practices for call handling and customer communication.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Secondary education in Business Administration or related field, required; minimum associates degree or equivalent coursework preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry, documentation, and administrative tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic phone systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong customer service skills, with patience, professionalism, and tact in interactions with customers.
