What You'll Do:

As a Collections Specialist Summer Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our collections team. You will assist with payment collection efforts, improve data integrity, and help refresh Excel reports. Here's how you'll make an impact:

Email Statements of Account (SOAs) to customers
Use Microsoft Excel daily to analyze data and update reports
Create and present ad hoc analysis reports for management
Escalate past-due concerns to the appropriate teams
Assist the manager with tasks such as downloading reports, following up on emails, and auditing data in Tableau
What We're Looking For:

We are looking for someone who is:

A current college/university student studying Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Positive, proactive, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time, temporary remote position with flexible hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, including an hour-long break. Flexibility is available based on team coverage needs.
