Tucson Waldorf School (TWS) is excited to invite passionate and dedicated educators to join our vibrant faculty as Class Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year. We are seeking Waldorf-certified teachers or those nearing completion of an accredited Waldorf teacher training program. Exceptional educators with experience in other teaching methodologies who are eager to embrace Waldorf pedagogy are also encouraged to apply.

Our comprehensive programs include parent-child classes, nursery, kindergarten, and grades one through eight. As Arizona’s only full member of both AWSNA (Association of Waldorf Schools of North America) and WECAN (Waldorf Early Childhood Association of North America), we take pride in providing an education that nurtures the whole child.
Nestled on a picturesque 10-acre campus at the base of the Santa Catalina Mountains, our school offers an inspiring environment infused with the natural beauty and unique wildlife of the Sonoran Desert. Our faculty and staff are deeply committed to fostering a culture of continuous growth, collaboration, and professional development guided by the principles of Anthroposophy and Rudolf Steiner’s insights into child development. We also prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusivity in all aspects of our community.
