Change Management Specialist (Charlotte)

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Change Management Specialist (Charlotte) to join their team. As a Change Management Specialist (Charlotte), you will be part of the Change Management team supporting Deal Pricing Transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead activities to onboard Sales users to the new Pricing tool, ensuring engagement and successful adoption.
• Participate in product testing, plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate migration from legacy systems.
• Collaborate with external vendors to deliver a robust, scalable solution aligned with business needs.
• Apply strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to accelerate program deliverables and achieve business outcomes.
• Develop clear communication plans and training materials to support users throughout the transition.

What's Needed?

• 4+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Experience with change management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
