Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Carpet Cleaner to join our growing team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality carpet, upholstery, and rug cleaning services in both residential and commercial settings, while also supporting our restoration division. You will have the opportunity to identify potential water damage, mold, or structural issues during service visits and refer them to our restoration teamhelping us provide full-service solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Operate truck-mounted and portable carpet cleaning equipment; perform hot water extraction, steam cleaning, spot treatment, and deodorizing; apply stain guards and protective treatments as requested.
• Site Preparation & Safety Protect customer property using corner guards, drop cloths, and furniture sliders; follow PPE and chemical handling protocols; maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
• Customer Interaction Greet clients professionally, explain the cleaning process, provide recommendations for ongoing maintenance, and communicate any identified issues to the operations team.
• Equipment & Vehicle Maintenance Inspect, clean, and maintain all tools and machinery daily; restock supplies; keep company vehicle clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Reporting & Documentation Complete service reports and work orders accurately; document and log property conditions that may require restoration services.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience in carpet or floor cleaning preferred; restoration industry background a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, solutions, stain removal methods, and carpet fiber types.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
