Reports to: Call Center Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Call Center Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong desire to help customers. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat messages from customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify customer issues, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience.
  • Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to help improve services and products.
  • Policy Adherence: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software applications (e.g., CRM, Microsoft Office)
