\n Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: \n

• $24.80/hour for 2nd shift (Monday – Thursday, 3:30 pm – 2:00 am\n

\n What’s a typical day as an Assembler?\n\n

\n\t
• Assembling components, including sub-assemblies, manual and electrical parts, to complete a variety of products.\n

\n\t
• Adhering to safety, quality, and productivity standards.\n\t
• Following directions and blueprints to ensure products meet exact specifications.\n

• Can meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends.\n\t
• Read and understand procedures, safety sheets, instructions, and policies in English.\n\t
• Follow verbal instructions and communicate well in English.\n\t

• Are willing to participate in workplace organization, cross-training, and teamwork.\n\t
• Have attention to detail and speak up about safety or quality issues.\n\t
• Are motivated to learn new processes, systems, and equipment.\n\t
• Work well in a diverse setting and resolve conflicts within a cross-functional team
