Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for various departmental financial processes related to operating budgets and accounts.
  • Organize and maintain financial records and prepare related reports
  • Oversee daily administrative and financial operation
  • Use computer systems to maintain records and generate reports
  • Maintain manual logs and data tracking systems
  • Compile data for reports and special requests
  • Perform other administrative and financial tasks as needed
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries

Monday- Friday

On-Site Portland, ME

8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Payrate: $30-32/hour

Ideal Candidate:

  • Familiar with handling budgets and department financial processes
  • Able to keep financial records well-organized and up to date
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Works well independently, as a team, and with deadlines
  • Comfortable on the phone and on the computer
