The A&R Trainee Program is designed to develop dynamic A&Rs focused on scouting and signing viral tracks, with a strong emphasis on proactive, outbound talent acquisition. Tasks include: Talent Scouting: Use TikTok to identify trending and emerging artists, sounds, and music trends. Content Curation: Customize a feed to spot new talents and trending music effectively. Data-Driven Insights: Utilize specialized tools and platforms to assess new releases and track artist performance. Collaboration and Feedback: Participate in weekly meetings to discuss deals, artist outreach, and challenges; maintain close communication with team leads and receive regular feedback. Requirements: Talent Scouting Intuition: No prior experience required; we value a strong sense for trends and the ability to spot potential viral artists.
