Job Title: 2nd Shift Setup Operator – Full-Time | Direct Hire
Location : Fortville, IN 46040
Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday (2pm-12am)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled 2nd Shift Setup Operator to join our ISO 13485 certified medical device manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and troubleshooting production machinery, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and providing technical support to maintain efficient operations. The ideal candidate will bring prior setup operating experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform machine setups to ensure products meet quality and compliance standards
• Monitor and adjust production processes to address bottlenecks or issues
• Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams to resolve product or delivery concerns
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and output
• Follow all safety and regulatory requirements consistently

Key Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–3 years of relevant setup operating or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong technical aptitude with proven troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to following safety protocols and quality standards
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across departments
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to 10 hours per shift
